Est. 2026
We were born a century too late for a golden age we knew only through photographs and stories. So we set out to build a version of our own: the Riviera in June, the countryside come September, and a life lived quietly, among friends.
Four friends. One house.
Wexford & Hale began with four friends and a shared conviction: refinement should be quiet, clothes should be made to last, and the best parts of the old world are worth carrying forward.
We did not inherit a house. We built one—deliberately, patiently, and in our own time.
You may see us in the photographs throughout this site. Our names matter less than what we are building together. The clothes remain the point.
Quiet
Nothing designed to announce itself across a room. The crest is small, often tonal, and meant to be discovered rather than displayed.
Made to Last
Designed beyond the season. We would rather delay a launch than release a garment that will not still fit well—and still earn its place in your wardrobe—years from now.
Worn Well
Natural fibres wherever they serve the garment best. Performance fabrics only when they earn their place. Pima cotton, merino, lambswool and materials chosen for their hand, purpose and ability to age with grace.
Read closely, or not at all
- The fox
- Alert and unhurried — the bearing we try to bring to the course ourselves.
- The shield
- A green, quietly held. The course reduced to its smallest, calmest form.
- The oak leaves
- For the clubhouse grounds, and for things built to outlast a single season.
- Veni, Vidi, Vici
- Not a boast — a private joke about finishing eighteen holes well.
For the game, not the gallery.
